How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks for production, as each piece is made specially for you. Once completed, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your ship orders!

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow additional time during holidays or special promotions.

How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary during holidays and high-volume periods.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, some of our jewelry being custom made pieces, and the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
