Due to hygiene, some of our jewelry being custom made, and the nature of jewelry, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow additional time during holidays or special promotions.

Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks for production, as each piece is made specially for you. Once completed, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your ship orders!
